Dr Brock has spent more than three decades teaching, researching and implementing school improvement efforts on a community, district, state and national level. Her work with school develops both readiness and practical understanding of research regarding organizational change and school improvement efforts – she has developed a framework which has been tested in schools and districts that works to effect's change. Her program has directly been responsible for taking schools and districts from underperforming classrooms to high impact classrooms. Her approach couples pro-active modeling, organizational change constructs, and with the implementation of her “6 Factors of Highly Effective Schools” it has shown to drive cultural and performance change.
